From the cake obtained when pressing our oilseeds, we produce food-grade protein meal, subject to additional hygiene and traceability controls beyond those applied to feed. We produce almond meal in both organic and conventional versions, and organic walnut meal.

Unlike feed protein, which is intended solely for animal feed, food protein meets the requirements for use in food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry processes, as a protein ingredient within other manufactured products.

On request, and subject to raw material availability, we can extend the range with other food-grade protein varieties, always maintaining the same traceability control from pressing through to packaging.
